Set how many envelopes the tournament has and how much the bounty pool holds, and the tool builds the ladder: one top prize, a few big envelopes and many small ones. When a player earns a draw, tap a chest. The envelope inside is picked at random from every envelope still in the vault, the chest bursts open, and the amount goes into the loot log with the winner's name. Every draw is saved in this browser, so a reload in the middle of the night loses nothing.
Every amount is a round figure you would print on an envelope: 100, 250, 1,000, never 1,137. The tool aims for the pool to the last unit, with more envelopes on each rung as the amounts get smaller and exactly one top prize. Max and Min are suggested from the pool; type your own to override them. You can also edit any tier by hand, and the summary shows at once whether the envelopes still add up to the pool.
